As of Monday July 31, 2023, the schoolhouse scheduling operational hours will change. The new hours will be from 5:00 am – 8:30 pm daily. During these hours there will be a schoolhouse scheduler on staff. 

However, the after-hours staffing and coverage will change from present practice. Moving forward, the after-hours coverage will be provided by a third-party professional answering service. From 8:30 pm until 5:00 am the following morning, this service will answer and facilitate any inbound calls relating to schoolhouse activities. The service will facilitate calls in order of priority based upon the start time of a defined session or issue presented to them from the caller.

The prioritization will go as follows:

• All incoming calls with an identified issue with a start time between 5:00 am – 8:00 am the following morning will be promptly escalated to a schoolhouse lead by the third-party service.

• Any incoming call that has an issue with a start time after 8:00 am the following morning will be captured and noted by the service.  An email will be routed to scheduling and the caller will be instructed to follow-up with scheduling once they open at 5:00 am.

Note: The present after hours number will go away. The only published phone number for schoolhouse scheduling will be the present phone numbers 888-294-9910 (or 817-786-4250).  These numbers will serve all inbound calls 24/7.

For any scheduling issue, including sick calls, etc., please only use these numbers listed above, regardless of time of day.
